ServicePoint also allows for the billing of individual operations and not just the entire Repair Order. No longer will you need to wait for operations that will be completed later in the future to wait on billing what needs to be billed. Through the use of the Shop Pad, your service writers will be able to quickly answer customer’s questions without the need to find a foreman or ask a technician. They will be able to see all Repair Order statuses, any comments that your staff has made to any operation and all communication between your staff and the customer.

Your service writers can also assign technicians to operations within each Repair Order. With a simple click, you will be provided a list of technicians to choose the technician for that operation. We provide for multiple technicians to be assigned to a single Repair Order or you can choose to assign one technician to the entire Repair Order.
